Following confirmed community transmission, Auckland has returned to lockdown Level 3. This includes our offices. However, as we are considered an essential service, it’s business as usual for our help lines. If you need to chat about your loan, our phone lines on 0508 438 227 are open.
Our doors are closed for physical meetings, so please get in touch with your account manager for remote assistance if necessary.

We know that coronavirus may be making it difficult for our customers to meet their usual repayments on their loan. This could be due to sickness or a reduction in business income. Just send us a short description of how you’ve been impacted and the best number to call you on and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can. The sooner you let us know, the better. We have plenty of ways to help so you can avoid unnecessary worry.
