HOW WE’RE SUPPORTING YOU
It’s business as usual for our help lines, although we are experiencing larger call volumes than usual, so please be patient if you can’t get through.
We also know that Coronavirus may be making it difficult for our customers to meet their usual repayments on their loan. This could be due to sickness or a reduction in business income. We warmly encourage you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this is the case. Just send us a short description of how you’ve been impacted and the best number to call you on and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can. The sooner you let us know, the better. We have plenty of ways to help so you can avoid unnecessary worry.
